A light metal rail, reminiscent in character of a jewelry piece, is attached via a hole puncturing the earlobe and orbits the area surrounding the face. At the rail’s core is a metal ball; a light and focused motion of the head allows control over the ball’s movement. The sound generated by this action evokes a sense of spinning, producing a trance-like state.
This object, made of brass, silver and a metal ball, offers a different outlook on jewelry decorating the body, combining ornamental aspects with ritualistic and meditative elements.
